Coarse Grinding Mill,

Coarse Powder Mill Technical Advantage:

(1) High efficiency of wear material, wear evenly, the lifetime is three times higher than that of Raymond Mill;

(2) The device is a highly efficient desulfurization equipment of power plant. It can grind CaCO3 into fine powder less than 1-2mm, the desulfurization effect id better;

(3) High percentage of sand can be produced by this machine;

(4) Products out of this machine can be used to make firebrick, unburned brick, block and other new building materials;

(5) This machine can be used as pre-grind equipment before ball mill; the ball mill efficiency will increase 50%.

(6) Mainly used for pre-processing of various crushable non-inflammable non-explosive brittle materials with Mohs hardness less than nine.

Coarse Grinding Mill Working Principle

The coarse grinding mill is mainly consist by the frame, rotor, impact plate, grate bars and other components. Machine frame is divided into two parts, it is welded by steel plate after cutting, the other parts are connected by bolts. There are high manganese alloy liner inside the frame, easy replacement after wearing; Several sets of hammer are installed on the main shaft, they are connected by high-strength bolts. The main machine is running by motor and v-belt, then led the rotor spinning, large material enter to the crushing cavity from feed pole, will be crushed repeatly by rotor and hammer, then the qualified final products.
